Other facilities and information

  • The Vantage is at Dubai Cityscape 2008 (stand RJ30, Sheikh Rashid Hall). There's a promotion with a first prize of half an apartment (you have to pay for the other half). Sounds like a half-ar... idea to me :shock: . Also something about a Cirrus Helicopter and a holographic presentation.
  • Ground floor will have boutique shops and famous restaurants (don't they all?)
  • Pre-launch ceremony Tuesday 23 September 2008, public sales start 06 October 2008 at Dubai Cityscape.
  • Cirrus Developments say they are the "fastest growing property developer in the region". How is that measured? The first development, Celestial Heights, was announced 12 months ago (October 2007) so is it 0-4 project announcements in 12 months that earns them that label?
