Majestic Towers

  • Property name: Monarque Majestic Towers / Majestic Tower. Two towers with the lame marketing slogan of "It was your idea ... And my decision!" - says man pompously to what appears to be his wife. The main attraction seems to be relatively cheap cost of apartments. They're not close to the beach despite what the marketing says.

"An environment of calm and charm" says Monarque Properties and Investments. They also say it's "Close to Ajman's picturesque beach" which is correct compared to anywhere in Al Ain or Siberia, but as Emirates City is on the Emirates Road, you're still a very long walk away, and a 20 minute drive if there's no traffic. Have a look at a map of Ajman (Emirates Road is the 311 Road).
