DMCCA registered is a free zone company?

Hi,

I have a Quick Question, if a company says that it is "Registered FZCO under the rules of DMCCA-Dubai, UAE", so does it mean that this is a Free Zone company? and if someone has an automatic 6 months labor ban and this company offers him/her job so he/she can get employment visa from this company (even he/she has a 6 months labor ban)? am I right? Thanks.
