No, there shouldn't be, as in no ban on visit or tourist visas.

There's probably an automatic 6 month ban on applying for a work permit, unless you get a job in a free zone or qualify under one of the other exceptions for a ban exemption.

Dear I did not ask for visa or turist visa. I have three years visa and resigned after 16month. I have attested master degree.

What sort of visa are you asking about?

There isn't any "immigration" visa as in emigrating to the UAE with a view to becoming a permanent resident or acquiring UAE citizenship (apparently it is possible in some circumstances but not via an "immigration" route).

For a residence visa sponsored by an employer, there is likely to be a 6 month labour ban which means you won't get a residence visa. If you get a residence visa in another way (student, family, company ownership) then the labour ban doesn't apply as far as I know.

Also, you can get a job in some or all free zones without the 6 month ban being applied. But a 12 month labour ban might prevent you from getting a job in a free zone.
