Ethos International? and RAK Bank - customer service survey

RAKBank advertisements presently claim they are rated best bank in the UAE for customer service by Ethos International (for example, 7 Days page 3 on 14 November 2006).

Ethos International appears to be a US based organisation trying to improve clean water access for children and raise awareness about water shortages around the world. So a customer service survey of UAE banks seems an odd thing for them to do. Presumably there's another UAE or Dubai based organisation called Ethos International that's unrelated to the NGO (non-governmental organisation) with website here...
