Sorry dear. This is NOTthe situation.IAS management team work very hard for the benifit of the teachers and the students. If teachers have any issues ,even if they were small, the principal takes action immediatly.Teaching is very good and students are showing a great progress, the thing that was appreciated and approved by the inspection team.

Dear Lina,

Can you tell me what kind of experience you are having with ISAS.
What is your opinion from the school now?
Would you recommend it ?

Looking forward to your reply,

I don`t recommend this school to anyone whether teachers or students.People who work in it ,apart from the principal, don`t accept any change. Can u believe that they hired people to work for the KHDA and when the KHDA left, they fired those people! Can u imagine a school where a teacher that doesn`t want to work properly is kept because of her good relation with the head despite all the complaints from the parents....and hundreds of things that no body from outside can see, because those people are very good at lying.Except for the principal,he is a great man but can`t do things alone.

I had experiences with the school recently:( The teachers are nice but they speak in arabic all the time. Especially on special occasion like sports day and family day. How can the host talked in arabic and we have peoples from different region like asian and african. Thats sucks! They didn't know how to organize the event especially like time management. They told the parents the event will be finish at 12.00 p.m but I reached the school at 10.00 a.m the event already finish. They should take a teacher from other country so the way of thinking will be different and will improve the school performances.
