It's possible that Global Recruiters, or whatever they're now called, are behind a variation on a theme - using a real school name to dupe job seekers. For example, Dubai British School is a real school in Dubai, and as far as I know, do not charge prospective teachers any fees. Therefore, any emails received from any organisation claiming to offer you a job at DBS, or any other Dubai school (list of legitimate schools, or information about schools that are bogus) that really does exist for that matter, should be treated with caution and investigated thoroughly before letting yourself get scammed out of your hard-earned money. At the very least, you should call the school directly to see if they really are looking for a teacher according to the details in whatever email you receive. Obviously, don't ask that question by replying to the email you receive.
Some school names that might be likely targets for this sort of scam are below (because they're obvious sounding names for a school, not for any other reason). Also watch out for variations e.g. British School of Dubai, British School in Dubai, etc, or similar sounding names for other emirates in the UAE. Check the relevant list of UAE schools to see if they really exist. Links below are to information about the nearest real equivalent, if it makes sense.
