- Most large hotels in Dubai will have room service and/or one dine-in establishment during Ramadan. Maybe Abu Dhabi?
- A few of the larger shopping centers in Dubai will have one or two places with takeaway meals or dine-in.
- I just saw a sign at Le Pain Quotidien at The Dubai Mall for example - takeaway food from 10am-7pm, dine-in from 7pm-1am (seems to imply The Dubai Mall will be open later than its usual 10pm/midnight closing time?).
- Burger King on Jumeirah Beach Road has been open for takeaway in previous years. Don't know about this year.
