Hello sgvaibhav and welcome to the UAE job forums

.
UAE Net Jobs offers a procedure to sign up and get paid for completing surveys. I can't say much more than what I see on the website but here are a list of possible pros and cons.
Pros- Erm, good money if it's not a scam and you actually get paid.
- Easy work sitting behind a computer at the hours you choose, if it's not a scam and you actually get paid.
Cons- Sign-up fee of $20 - they get your money right away with no contractual obligation to give you anything as far as I can tell.
- No contact details obvious, only a contact form, so unknown where company is based. No obvious course for redress should a member have issues with non-payment.
- Paying to complete surveys is a strange process. One of the essential components of a well structured and reliable survey is that the sample population is as random as possible. Providing a financial incentive right away introduces significant bias which would pretty well invalidate the results of any survery conducted in that fashion. It's hard to believe that any company would use this route to obtain reliable data from their customers.
- A brief search of internet forums indicates that some people who have paid $20 have heard nothing more. No comments found to indicate that anyone did successfully get paid (or even get a survey to complete). Admittedly this was only a cursory search of about a half dozen different forums.
- There's more but I've seen enough that I know I wouldn't bother handing over my $20.
If you want to earn money in the UAE, start with these information pages. There's no such thing as a free or cheap lunch
