hi
i came to listen that, in RAK DPS(dehli public school) is opening soon.is it true or a reumer.if yes then hw much time it will take.

I haven't heard anything about a new Delhi Private School in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) except for the (very old) comment when the Dubai DPS moved. But that doesn't mean much since I usually only hear about such things a long time after everyone else :). The only DPS schools I know of in the UAE are:

Delhi Public School Sharjah (or Delhi Private School)
Delhi Public School Dubai

Maybe try contacting one of them and asking if they know about a new DPS in RAK (and let us know what they say :)).
