Labour ban Dubai removal with appointment letter.

Hi, Would like to know that, at present i am on a visit visa valid for 1 month. I have a 6 months labour ban and i visited within a week to dubai for a job interview with a big company. So my question is that, Can my 6 month ban be removed if i present an appointment letter of the new company offering me a job in the Labour.

Please advice.

A six month labour ban is normal in Dubai and the UAE, unless an exception applies. Having an appointment letter from a new employer does not help avoid the ban as far as I know, you would at least need a No Objection Letter (NOC) from your previous employer.

Or you might be able to pay a ban lifting fee. Contact the Dubai labor department to see if that is possible, or if your appointment letter can help remove the ban.

Thankyou very much for your reply, but as i am on a visit visa why do i need an NOC because my relation with the previous employer has finished and a typist told me that with the appointment letter of the new company i will be able to remove the ban.

I don't know how the Dubai visit visa affects your labour ban. It is automatically imposed when your work permit is cancelled from your last employer as far as I know. Suggest you check with the Dubai labor office for an official answer.
