Sponsor brother in Abu Dhabi for visa

I am planning to get my brother here in Abu Dhabi. I just want to ask on what are the steps for me to have him a visa sponsored by me. He is currently in Saudi Arabia working. Thanks.

Yes, I think it would be difficult to get him a residence visa. I expect you'd have to make a special case to the Abu Dhabi immigration department, and/or find someone with enough wasta to help you out.

Follow up question shawarma, if i bring him here through visit visa(how many months validity? and how many months extension for visit visa?) and he finds his jobs here, then would there be any problem for his employer giving him a residence visa?

That sounds like it should be possible, assuming that the usual reasons for residence visa rejection don't apply (security, health, labour ban, immigration ban, etc).
