May I ask for information regarding sponsoring my wife and baby as a residence visa in Abu Dhabi. They will be coming from the Philippines.

Start with this - Sponsor family in Abu Dhabi .

It's a fairly standard procedure but you need a minimum salary (it was AED 3k or 4k but might have increased), and of course you need to have your own residence visa already.
