The DMCG website has a forum that has some activity. Useful for prospective students to read through, negative sounding comments don't appear to be censored which could be seen as a good thing. Seems to be little job-related information for lecturers / teachers though.

MBBS program at Dubai Medical College admission deadline is 30 June 2008 for program starting August 2008 (Gulf News ad 13 June 2008). DMCG website today says annual fees are AED 70,000. Unknown if that's for 2007-2008 academic year, or 2008-2009 academic year.

Advertisement says MBBS program is recognized by the General Medical Council (UK) and the World Health Organisation (WHO).

Admission requirements:
1. Higher Secondary Certificate in Science subjects with minimum 80% average
2. Any other equivalent certificate with Science subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) attested by the relevant authority.
3. TOEFL score of at least 500 (or an equivalent score in another internationally recognised qualification)
4. Computer literate

Selection is based on an entrance exam in English, Biology, Chemistry, and a personal interview.
