Is this school still open? Reports in June / July 2008 in the Khaleej Times and the Gulf News said that it would be closed down and had been given notice by the KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai). The KHDA said that students were given places at other Pakistani schools in Dubai but there were conflicting reports about that - the Gulf News reported the principal of the Allama Iqbal School said that students had not received admissions (although there wasn't a quote from him saying as much), and the principal of the Al Farooq Pakistani Islamic School said they hadn't received any students from the Allam Iqbal School.

KHDA information says Allama Iqbal school is a profit making school. Is/was it? Seems hard to believe.

Principal's name given as Choudhry Nasrullah by the Khaleej Times (July 2008) and Rana Ramazan by the Gulf News (July 2008). So who really is the boss?
