Ajman Pvt School was reported by WAM (the UAE news agency) to have closed on 02 July 2005. Apparently a sudden closure when the school owners sold the land the school was on. On 03 September 2005, the Khaleej Times (a UAE newspaper) carried a lengthier report on the closure of Ajman Private School, and two other schools that closed....
She [Naema Al Aryan, Director of the Foreign Schools Department at the Ministry of Education, MoE] said what happened at the three schools was no surprise to her. “This is because the three schools have committed several violations over the years. This should have drawn the attention of the educational zones on them before the issue went out of control,” ...

Musa Gharib, head of the Private Education Section at the Ajman Educational Zone, said what happened at the Ajman Private School was a big surprise to them all. “We were surprised when the teachers and parents of students from the school complained to us that the school has shut down and that the school license owners have sold the land on which the school stands,’ he said, adding “As if we are less concerned, the school took the decision of ending the service of the teachers and did not even care to inform the parents of its students about the closing of the school.”
