This was the scene at Zayed University’s new campus yesterday, as workers raced to get it ready in time for the new academic term. With less than a week to go before the start of the academic year the women’s campus at Academic City in Al Ruwayyah still lacks facilities such as offices, a library and a cafeteria. Zayed University, the largest in the UAE, includes five colleges for business, education, communications, IT and arts and sciences.
