KUSTAR Sharjah merged with Etisalat University College (EUC Sharjah) in February 2008. Entry appears to be restricted to male students. Looks like a tertiary institute for Emirati nationals (MOHESR information fro 2007-2008 says 100% of students are male UAE nationals) although I don't see a nationality restriction on the KUSTAR website, but the Abu Dhabi KUSTAR (opening September 2008) seems to be for Emirati and expat nationalities, both male and female.
When was Khalifa University Sharjah established originally? Website says it has an "18 year history" so does that mean it was founded in 1990? Or were they referring to EUC?
