Full name is Khalifa University of Science, Technology and Research. There's also a KUSTAR Sharjah branch which merged with the Etisalat University in Sharjah in February 2008. KU website seems to indicate admissions for students of both Emirati and foreign nationalities, both male and female. But KU Sharjah looks like it only has Emirati males. Does anyone know what the correct admission criteria are for gender and nationality?
List of courses to be offered includes Homeland Security? What's that? For Academic Year 2008-2009, Abu Dhabi campus is only offering foundation courses anyway. The university is in a temporary campus for 2008-2009, and a new, permanent, campus is under construction.
Does anyone have a tel and fax number for KU Abu Dhabi? I can only find a UAE toll-free number (800-332211).
