Dubai's mPay is a new mobile phone payment system you can use for topping up your Salik account and paying for other Dubai e-government services (DEWA bill etc).

  • Register (free) at the mPay website / portal - mpay.dubai.ae
  • wait for an email with an activation code
  • send the activation code by SMS to the mPay number 4488 from the mobile phone number you registered
  • receive a PIN number which you can use to pay for Dubai e-government services

Sounds easy right? Has anyone tried it yet? Did it work?
