103.8 FM is Dubai Eye which is business, general, property, arts, entertainment, sports talk, business, general callin. Roughly in that order from morning to evening. Some of the mainstays are:

Business Breakfast (Malcolm Taylor & Brandy Scott)
SpeakEasy (various presenters: Victoria and Nanette were good, then came Jeff Price and Suzanne Radford, followed by Akhtar Khan and Jessica Swan)
Siobhan Live for property and arts (joined on Sundays by Andy McTiernan)
Entertainment:
Sport: Richard Whitehead, sometimes joined by Sticky
Evening Business, Frank Kane, Richard Dean, Alistair Creighton (I think)
James Pikeaway (sp?): Evening chat with callers on general issues

What's happened to Dubai Eye Speakeasy? They had a brief show on Thursday I think (Jessica Swan and Akhtar Khan were presenting if I remember correctly), then said there was an important meeting to go to and we were left with replays of old shows. Today (Sunday), it's the same again and phone lines are closed for talkback callers.
